A small strip of
sand near the anchoring place of the local fishing trawlers.
Its attraction is the former house of the Matarazzo family
which can be seen but not toured. Inside the property remains
of old colonial structures that seem to have been of the old
Customs building that functioned there during the colonial
era.
Access right after the Perequê-Açu
bridge passing by a small belvedere where the staue of Saint
Paul the Fisher stands.
From its socket one has a full view of the Ubatuba bay as well
as of the Cruzeiro and Itaguá
beaches. |
